As the saying goes, “Only when a stream has a source can it flow continuously.” If a company wishes to grow and maintain the vitality of its team, it must constantly inject fresh talent. According to the company’s future development strategy, combined with the talent demand trends of the Application Technology Department and the Technology R&D Department, and in order to reserve talent for the company’s rapid development, the Human Resources Department, under the guidance of company leadership and together with the employing departments, organized this campus recruitment activity.


Starting from March 10, the Human Resources Department began the preliminary preparations for the campus recruitment fair. The preparation mainly included several aspects: preparing recruitment materials such as PPT presentations, videos, and promotional posters; communicating with the employing departments to confirm recruitment positions; coordinating with the university’s employment office to understand the student profile and determine recruitment arrangements; and conducting early recruitment promotion through various channels.


At 1:00 p.m., the campus recruitment fair officially began. First, students were organized to watch a video introducing the company, so that they could gain a preliminary understanding of Nine Continent Company. Then, Manager Yang from the Human Resources Department introduced the company in detail, including the company overview, development history, business and sales, corporate culture, employee training, and compensation and benefits. After that, the interview process officially began. The interviews were divided into two groups, one conducted by the employing department and the other by the Human Resources Department. Students were evaluated based on their academic performance, personal abilities, and personal qualities. During the process, President Ye attended the entire interview as a non-voting observer and provided valuable suggestions on the interview and selection process. After the interviews ended at 4:00 p.m., the team, accompanied by Deputy Secretary Zhou of the college, visited the laboratory of Nanjing Forestry University.


The campus recruitment fair at Nanjing Forestry University attracted enthusiastic participation from students, who actively submitted their resumes. The leaders of the university also attached great importance to the event, and the results exceeded expectations. At the same time, the activity successfully recruited excellent students for the employing departments, provided valuable talent reserves for the long-term development of the company’s technical teams, and laid a solid foundation for future long-term cooperation between the company and Nanjing Forestry University.
